Star Wars was first released in 1977. It was followed by The Empire Strikes Back,1980,and The Return of the Jedi,1983. The most recent movie,The Phantom Menace,was released in 1999.A young Harrison Ford begins a very successful acting career by playing Han Solo.While he wasn't very well known at the time, he went on to become one of the greatest actors ever, not to mention the highest paid. Mark Hamill played Luke Skywalker. He is definetly not as famous as Harrison Ford, however after Star Wars he appeared in several movies and lended his voice for some cartoon characters. Carrie Fisher played Princess Leia. Since the Trilogy she has co-stared in movies like The Burbs with Tom Hanks. She also wrote some of the lines for Queen Amidala in Episode One.
