Cheesey Artichoke Dip

1 can artichoke hearts (drained & cut)

1 cup mayo
1 cup shredded motzerella cheese
1/2 cup parmesean cheese
1 small red onion chopped
1/2 Tbs garlic powder

Mix above ingredients bake at 350 for 20-30 min.

Serve in a hollowed out fresh artichoke. Serve with
crackers or chips.

Carmelized Onion & Brie Appetizer

2 medium onions, thinly sliced

4oz brie cheese, herb
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 egg and 1 teaspoon water

put onions, butter, sugar, vinegar in pan , brown onions.

unfold 1 sheet puff pastry on lightly floured surface, spread brie evenly over sheet
after onions cool slightly put on top, spread evenly
roll up each side so it meets in the middle like a(B)
if time permits, put in freezer for 1/2 hr
preheat oven to 375 degrees
slice into 1/2 inch thick slices with a serated knife
place slices on parchment paper lined baking sheet
mix egg and water withfork, then brush over slices
bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown

Spinach Dip

16 oz sour cream

1 dry pack ranch dip mix
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 bundle of chopped chives
1 pack frozen chopped spinach-drained
1/4 cup bacon bits or fresh bacon

Mix sour cream and ranch dry pack

Then mix all other ingredients
Bake 325 for 25 minutes
Serve with tostitos scoop chips
