It's Good To Have Friends Like Frank (2008)

Scott's 2nd film of 2008 is a definite oddball film concerning the oddness which is Frank Filladucia (Scott),
a man who has his help enlisted by his friend Armand, who asks him to hide out in his basement while he is on a business trip to see if his wife is cheating on him.
The fun starts when the dead body of Robert Moretti (Zimmerman) rolls down the basement steps, setting off a bizarre mystery.

Behind the scenes:

"This film turned out pretty much the way I wanted it to." said Scott.
"I'm not quite sure how I came up with the idea, but
it's another film about an oddball individual along
the lines of 'Captive Audience' and the character
of Roger Bailey. Frank is a very eccentric person
who doesn't quite know what to think of what's going
on around him, but he seems to deal with it in his
own unique way. I had a decent cast for one of my
films and called on some people from the past,
including Tim Sabin (who plays the detective) and
Scott Zimmerman. Sara Haberer and Jade Nikolov both
make their screen debuts as two of Frank's girlfriends
who are looking for their missing sex buddy.
