Filmed in February 1992, Scott's 5th film is a take-off on the popular show "Home Improvement"
(which Scott had not seen once at the time this film was made). Arthur is Tim Taylor, who with
guest star Bob Vila (Scott) on his show, proceeds to build a robotic hand, which causes chaos
and winds up offing Taylor. Vila ends the rampage with a crowbar, smashing the hand to bits.
