Scott wrapped up 1991 with his 3rd film, which is set in Canada. James Bond is on vacation,
but not for long, for Ernst Blofeld has dispatched an assassin to pick off the agent.
Despite the spurting blood leg wound, the sight of Arthur sledding down a hill, and other brief
moments, the film is largely a failure.
