Reflections (1994)

Claude Valkenberg is a cartoonist who gave up his evil ways years ago to devote his life to Christianity, because of his brutality to his ex-wife and other things. Now, Claude's ex-wife has been found brutally murdered and coincidentally, Claude is plagued by dreams in which he sees his "alter ego", his former evil self before he gave up his evil ways. Claude's diary, which he keeps to remind himself to never go back to the way he was, is also missing. Joining forces with a detective, everyone will discover if Claude is really the killer, or if somehow his former self has came back to life to take revenge.

Behind the scenes:

"This was my disaster of the year," Scott describes of one of his few forays into the horror genre. "I think everyone did a good job, but Arthur didn't really fit as a born-again Christian." Scott also blames a rushed production as the icing on the bitter cake. "I love the story, but the film just didn't work as a whole."
