Died in hospital of a heart attack after being seriously wounded by a bomb at Enniskillen, 18th May. From Farnworth, Lancashire.

GLEESON - Corporal David Edward - 9th October 1975 - Aged 29.
Killed by a landmine at Lurgancullenboy. 3rd Battalion. From Colchester, Essex.

GRUNDY - Fusilier Andrew J. - 1st May 1992 - Aged 22.
Killed by a bomb at a checkpoint at Killeen. From Co. Durham.

HAUGHTON - Corporal Clifford - 4th February 1974 - Aged 23.
Killed by the M62 bomb on an army coach. 12 people were murdered, including Corporal Haughton's wife and 2 sons.

Killed by the M62 bomb on an army coach. 12 people were murdered.

O'NEILL - Corporal Terence - 25th May 1991 - Aged 44.
Killed by a home made grenade thrown over the wall of North Howard Street Army base, West Belfast. He was serving as a dog-handler and was feeding his labrador at the time. Still conscious after the blast and realising the extent of his injuries, he begged his colleagues to shoot him. He had served 22 years and was due to retire from the army in 6 months.

McCARTHY - Fusilier Kerry Charles - 21st June 1972 - Aged 19.
Shot by a sniper while on duty outside Strand Road RUC station, Londonderry. From Merthyr Tydfil.

SMITH - Corporal David William - 21st June 1973 - Aged 31.
Killed by a booby trap bomb while on patrol in Strabane. From Cardiff.

HIND - Lance Corporal David - 2nd January 1977 - Aged 23.
Shot when on patrol in Crossmaglen. From Kilmarnock. Another member of this patrol was awarded the Military Medal for this incident.

McCAIG - Fusilier John Boreland - 10th March 1971 - Aged 17.
Murdered with his brother and Fusilier McCaughey. While off duty, drinking in a pub in central Belfast they were invited to a party by a group of women. There they were abducted and executed by gunmen. From Ayr.
