Feb. 25 99-If you missed the PPV concert, you're in luck because it is soon to be released on video. Backstreet Boys - Homecoming - Live in Orlando is set to be released on April 27 1999.
Feb. 25 99-We would like to apologize for putting the link to buy Backstreet Boys beanie babies on our page, as it has been proven that they are not actually making them and they just want your money. They have thankfully been shut-down.
Feb. 25 99-Puff Daddy will be giving the Backstreet Boys one of his tracks. According to reports, the boys hope to start work on it soon so they can release it on "Millennium".
Feb. 25 99-Although the boys did not win their Grammy last night (they lost to Lauryn Hill), they were there to present and were shown in the audience a few times. They were all wearing black suits except for AJ who had on a white tux-like thing. Brian was sporting a new swooped over sort of hair do. It's quite...different.
Feb. 20 99- Happy Birthday Brian!! He turns 24 today.
Feb. 19 99-A new book by Rob McGibbon, the author of the Official Backstreet Boys Biography, will be published in May 1999. It is called "Backstreet Boys on the Road" and will be sold for $19.95.
Feb. 10 99-The European Tour has been rescheduled. Originally dates were scheduled from April 12 to June 17th. They will now be June 2nd to August 7th.
Feb. 7 99-Kevin Richardson of the Backstreet Boys was a judge at the 1999 Miss USA Pageant. It was aired on CBS on Friday, Feb 5, 1999. He seemed to like Miss Tennesee the most. He was mostly a very strict judge, so I've heard (I wasn't able to see it myself).
Feb. 7 99-Last night, we watched the BSB Live In Concert On Pay Per View. It was very good!! At the beggining, when they are all doing their little group pep-talk thing before the concert starts, Brian's girlfriend is standing behind him with her arms around him. This COULD just be his cousin or something, but well the way she was holding onto him, I hope not!
Feb. 4 99-The new CD will be out in stores in May. May 18, 1999 to be exact. The album is titled "Millennium" and is co-written by BSB and includes songs written by Max Martin and Mutt Lange. The album is a worldwide release and the first single should be out by April.
Feb. 3 99-Howie Dorough wrote a song with people like Denise Rich and Foxy Brown. It should be recorded by the Backstreet Boys for their next CD.
Feb. 3 99-Happy Birthday Nick!! Nick turned 19 this past January 28.
Feb. 3 99-If you're checking out the movies in the next little while, be sure to go see "A Blast From the Past" starring Brendon Frasier and Alicia Silverstone. Why? Well Backstreet Boy hit song "I'll Never Break Your Heart" is the theme song for the movie.
