Who's the Judge of Judgment?

19)Page 500 from the book "complete dead sea scrolls by Geza Vermes" Certain cointext of Judaic Tradition shows Michael as elohim (Not ELOHIM) as a Judge, and mentions the scrolls and Melchizedek (Michael) presiding over Judgment.
Other peoples conclusions:
For this is the time decreed for 'the year of Melchiz[edek]'s favor' [Isaiah 61:2], [and] by his might he will judge God's holy ones and so establish a righteous ki[n]gdom, as it is written about him in the Songs of David, 'A godlike being has taken his place in the council of God; in the midst of the divine beings he holds judgment' [Psalms 82:1]. Scripture also s[ays] about him, 'Over [it] take your seat in the highest heaven; A divine being will judge the peoples' [Psalms 7:7-8].
Note:In Micah it talks about Messiah being the great Judge and about the Kingdom: and in a few places it clues us in on who’s Kingdom that is, a few sections talk about the coming Melchizedek (another expressed term for Arch Michael) and in
4Q471 XVII ...
redeemed by the princely Angel of the Kingdom of Michael.

Why Is Judgment Necessary? I believe the ones who have been orchestrating these things have read too many Philosophy books; What's going on behind the scenes, and for many years in planing, is much like Francis Bacons "the great Insatuaration", which is about restoration after decay, lapse and dilapitation. They need to tear down the old to build the new on a more solid foundation with the talent and knowledge they have now to achieve it. Overpopulation is something the earth can't sustain, so they use wars to skim off the top because they failed to control it by fair and rational means. They conveniently orchestrate the terror & conflict in strategic areas by initialy sponsoring & baiting the Tyrants. This is random & cruel in some ways but strategically targeted specific in other ways. There is no justice and fair manner when it comes to this form of process that the powers and elitists control and lead us through. However a specific fair and just, "in the religious law" type Judgment is the proper method in which to achieve Bacon's objective without randomly affecting peoples lives in an unfair manner like wars do. When the big boys are done playing war games and childish sand box tactics and other people start opening the path to letting me through then I will share the most fair and just way of reaching those goals where man wants to progress to. Otherwise don't complain how unfair life is, cause you all allow it to be this way. Just because people can't fathom a way to work this all out for the best doesn't mean there isn't one who holds the key to a plan that works.
