Shaving the Side Marker Lights
In the picture at the top, I am cutting out panels for the
side marker lights. You can't really tell anymore, but
I'm using the hood of a 1997 Toyota Camery. My friend
,Chad, gave me this hood along with a hood from a 1998 Toyota
Takoma because I'm letting him borrow my sand blaster
for a while. I will use the other hood for shaving/smoothing out
my tailgate.
In the bottom picture I've got the panel taped in
place and ready to be welded in.
Shaving the Cowl Panel
In this picture you can see where I've shaved off the grille on the cowl panel. I've never seen it done before on this body style. Who know's, it might be something new!
