About the Author
Dr Habib is a naturalized British citizen, He moved to Britain at the age of 17 and settled there.
He finished his graduate degree in 1961 from the school of Pharmacy(University of London) and worked and studied for his PH.D at The University of Bradford, Graduating in 1972.
He was called to the English Bar (Lincoln's Inn) in 1980 and have been in practice ever since from his Chambers at 10,King's bench walk, Temple London EC4.
Dr Habib is one of only five Practicing Barrister at the English Bar of Arabic descent, and he is the only barrister out of 4 English barristers in England & Wales holding dual qualifications in Pharmacy with a Ph.D degree; Law.
He has published several legal and pharmaceutical publication in both English & Arabic(totaling some 140 in number)and received several honors and certificates for his contributions to both law and Pharmacy.
Recently he has extended his practice to cover several Arabic Countries. He specializes in the laws of contracts, pharmaceutical laws, Intellectual property laws and International trade.
