I love you,
Not only for who you are,
but for who I am now that I am with you.
I love you,
Not only for what you are making of yourself.
But for what you are making of me.
I love you for the part of me you have brought out by loving me.
I love you for accepting all the weak and foolish things you cannot help.
And finding the me no one ever cared enough to look hard enough to find.
I love you because you have done more than any other has to make me whole,
to help me make my life right.
And you alone has done more than any other has done to make me happy.
When I am sad you kiss my tears away.
And when I am happy you are the reason I smile.
I love you and I cannot lie.
I love you and I can't deny it.
You have done it with out a touch, a word or sign.
You have done it by being yourself.
And I love you,
not only for who you are,
but who I am now that I am with you.
