The Draught of Fishes.
Jesus had just begun His ministry.  He had taught and wrought to the wonder of the people.  Henceforth He world need me to hear His words and witness His performances, whom He would train for service in His kingdom, who would lead when he was gone away.  In this lesson He calls four disciples, to be apostles, and to whom He revealed their high mission of soul winning, in the realistic figure of catching fish.  He orders the vessel out into the deep, then the casting of the net with the astonishing enclosure of fish, that supply the lesson to the disciples--henceforth they shall catch men.
