On authorizing a loan of 1000 silver rubles to the Riga Jewish community.
As a result of the presentation to the Committee of Ministers on authorizing a loan to the Riga Jewish community, the Emperor, from the legal position of the Committee the 24th of the current January, was pleased to imperially order: authorize a loan of 1000 silver rubles to the Riga Jewish community with repayment of these sums with interest over the course of 6 years to the Liflyand Department of Public Charity through the Box tax.
