Chapter 1

“I’d like to make a toast to the newly engaged couple,” Kevin announced, at the party they had thrown for Lyndsey and Brian, “To my cousin. You found your true love. I wish you all the best, and Lyndsey, I’ll love having you as a step-cousin.”

“Thanks Kev,” Brian said giving him a hug.

Lyndsey gave Kevin a kiss on the cheek and hugged him, “Thanks,” She said.

Everyone had a champagne to celebrate. As Nick and Jill were dancing Lyndsey came over to talk to Jill and Brian went to talk to Nick.

“You know, one day, this will be you getting married,” Lyndsey said.

“I hope so,” Jill smiled, sipping her champagne, “I plan to be with Nick forever.”

(Meanwhile)

“This is so exciting,” Nick commented.

“When will this be you and Jill,” Brian asked.

“Soon, I hope. We just need to take things easy. When it’s the perfect moment, I’ll ask her,” Nick explained.

“When that day comes I’ll be there to support you and Jill. You too are perfect together,” Brian said.

“Thanks bud,” Nick replied, smiling, looking over at Jill.

A slow song came on and Lyndsey and Jill walked over to Nick and Brian to dance. Melissa was already dancing with Aj. Danielle danced with Howie, and Kevin and Alaina were making their way to the dance floor.

“One day they’ll all be together, it’s fate,” Lyndsey whispered to Brian, after watching the others dance, then rested her hear on his shoulder.

“I think so too,” He whispered.

When the slow song ended, ‘Everybody Backstreet’s Back’ came on and the 5 guys put their hands over their faces and laughed. The beat played and everyone started doing the dance. When the end was coming, everyone looking just like the ballroom scene in the video.

Lyndsey and Brian were dancing together, goofing around.

“If only Fatima were here to see out moves! She’d kill us!” Aj said, when he danced by.

Lyndsey started to laugh as the song ended and ‘As Long As You Love Me’ came on. During the whole song Brian serenaded Lyndsey. Everyone was watching. When it ended people clapped and Lyndsey through her arms around Brian’s neck and kissed him and whispered,

“I love you,” in his ear.

“I love you too,” He said back.

Chapter 2

“Hey Lyndsey? You won’t believe what just happened!” Alaina said, excitedly when Lyndsey answered the phone.

"What?” Lyndsey asked curiously.

“Kevin asked me to be his girlfriend! He told me he’s always had feelings for me. First Melissa and Aj hook up, and last week Howie asks Danielle out and now this!” Alaina explained.

“I’m so happy for you!” Lyndsey said.

“So have you and Brian set a date for the big day?” Alaina gushed.

“No not yet. I don’t even know if it’ll be soon. He probably wants to wait a long time,” Lyndsey replied.

“Nah, he’s too in love, it’ll be soon!” Alaina answered.

“I wish,” Lyndsey mumbled.

“Well, Kevin’s picking me up soon so we’ll see you at the course,” Alaina said.

“Bye,” Lyndsey replied, placing the phone back down into the receiver, as she heard footsteps in the hallway.

“Hey sunshine!” Brian said, kissing Lyndsey on the cheek, “Ready to go?”

“Not quite. I don’t have any make up on,” Lyndsey said.

“You’re beautiful already, lets go,” Brian replied, smiling, pulling her out the front door.

“Oh you’re so sweet,” Lyndsey said, holding Brian’s hand, following him.

When they arrived at the golf range everyone was waiting thee.

“Hey guys, are we late?” Brian asked.

“Nope, we all just got here a few minutes ago,” Aj explained.

“Hey Jill, ready to beat the guys?” Lyndsey asked.

“You bet!” Jill exclaimed with confidence.

Brian grabbed a putter and a ball and walked ahead to go first.

“Four!” He screamed, bringing his leg back and making a face.

Lyndsey laughed and said, “You really like golf don’t you?”

“No I just like making you laugh,” Brian teased, and smiled.

“I suck at golf,” Kevin said.

“Why don’t we all go bowling tomorrow,” Danielle suggested.

“Yeah, that’s something we all love,” Melissa replied, and everyone agreed.

After they played, they all went out to lunch to grab some pizza.

“Oh boy! I’m in heaven!” Nick exclaimed happily when they came inside and the aroma of pizza filled the air.

“I bet. I think we’d better order 10 pizzas of different kinds,” Jill laughed.

“I’m so hungry, I could eat that much!” Nick answered, holding his stomach.

“I heard your stomach grumbling at the course,” Jill said, patting Nick’s stomach.

They sat down at a large booth and ordered 2 extra large pizzas.

“Well my lunch is here, where are your pizzas?” Brian joked, causing everyone to laugh, as they all dug into the pizza.

Melissa burst out laughing.

“Aj!” She exclaimed.

“What?” Aj asked as everyone else started to laugh.

“Your face,” Melissa stuttered out.

Aj realized he had pizza sauce on his face and wiped it off and put it on Melissa’s cheek, and Melissa let out a little scream and wiped it off her cheek.

Brian picked up a stick of garlic bread and put it in Lyndsey’s mouth and bit down on the other end and chewed until their mouths met and started laughing and wiped their mouths and kissed.

“Pizza love!” Jill teased.

When the pizza had been devoured Howie, Danielle, Kevin and Alaina had to leave so the others left too, and agreed to meet outside the bowling alley the next afternoon for a day of fun.

Chapter 3

“Hey guys, did Howie get here yet?” Danielle asked when she met everyone outside.

“Nope, we thought he was coming with you,” Jill replied.

“Oh I guess he’s just late. Let’s wait for him inside,” Danielle decided.

Fifteen minutes went by and Howie didn’t show up.

“I wonder where he is?” Danielle said.

“Try his cell phone,” Lyndsey suggested.

Danielle went to the pay phone and dialed Howie’s cell phone number and waited for him to answer.

“Howie?” Danielle asked when a voice answered.

“Hey! Sorry I didn’t come, I tripped on the stairs and sprained my ankle. I didn’t want to cal and ruin your day or make you worried,” Howie explained.

“It’s ok, just keep off your feet. I want you to heal fast so I can do something with you,” Danielle replied.

“I will hun,” Howie said, “Bye.”

“Bye,” Danielle said.

“Is Howie ok?” Kevin asked.

“He sprained his ankle, but he didn’t want to ruin the day by having us worry about him. I’ll go to see him later,” Danielle stated.

Everyone went to the 2 alleys they had paid for.

“Me, Brian, Nick and Jill in this lane, Danielle, Alaina, Kevin, Aj and Melissa in the other,” Lyndsey announced.

“Out team’s gonna win,” Aj announced.

“Last time I let you win, this time I won’t,” Brian laughed.

“Bri? You’re up first!” Lyndsey said.

Brian grabbed the ball and threw a strike.

“Yes!” He exclaimed, looking directly at Aj.

“Brian come help me, I’m not very good at this,” Lyndsey asked.

Brian put his arms over her and helped her hold the ball right.

“Easier?” He asked.

“Yeah, but I just asked so there’d be an excuse for you to put your arms around me,” Lyndsey answered, smiling, giving Brian a kiss, causing him to blush.

Lyndsey picked up a spare and high-fived Brian. By the second last frame the teams were tied and only Brian and Aj had turns left.

“Frick! You’re going down!” Aj exclaimed.

“Bone! Eat my dust!” Brian teased.

As Aj was about to throw the ball Brian yelled, “Hey Aj! Your clothes match!”

Aj stopped and just glared at Brian as Brian laughed and backed away and said, “Sorry no more interuptions.”

As Aj was about to go again, a smile spread across Brian’s face.

“What’s that? A grey hair!” Brian exclaimed. Aj put the ball down, and walked towards Brian and stopped and burst out laughing.

“Ok man, let me play,” Aj begged, still laughing.

Aj threw and knocked all but 1 down.

“You’re up,” Lyndsey said.

Brian kissed Lyndsey and said, “A good luck kiss!” Brian was about to throw when aj started a fake coughing fit, which turned into laughter.

Afterwards Brian threw a strike to win the game and threw his arms around Lyndsey picking her up.

“My good luck charm!” He exclaimed, then shook hands with Aj and said, “We’re even!”

After they played they decided to go home for the day.

Chapter 4 (That evening)

“Whatcha thinking about?” Lyndsey asked as she walked into their bedroom, towards Brian.

“Nothing,” He replied.

“I know you. You have a secret!” Lyndsey said.

Brian smiled and said, “Nooo.”

Lyndsey started to tickle Brian until he surrendered.

“Ok but this stays between us, ok?” He asked.

“Of course,” She agreed.

“Nick is going to propose to Jill,” He announced.

Lyndsey screamed, and Brian made a face.

“Oh my gosh! She’s going to be so happy!” Lyndsey exclaimed.

“Nick too. I know what it feels like, being in love,” Brian smiled, looking into Lyndsey’s eyes, “He says he wants to marry her soon, in a few months.”

Lyndsey frowned and looked down.

“What’s wrong?” Brian asked, “You can tell me.”

“It’s just,” Lyndsey said, then paused, “When are we going to get married? We’ve been engaged for a while now. I’m so in love, I want to be married, together, forever.”

“Well lets start making plans. But, you know what? Even if we weren’t married I’d still love you, and we’d still be together forever,” Brian said softly.

Lyndsey hugged him and said, “Let’s start by setting a date.”

“Well it’s March 19th today. How about June 21st? The first day of summer?” Brian suggested, knowing how much Lyndsey loved summer.

“Perfect! Only 2 months and 2 days to wait!” Lyndsey exclaimed.

“After we’re married, we can start our lives together,” Brian said.

“And start a family,” Lyndsey smiled, leaning over to kiss Brian.

“I can’t wait to be Mrs. Lyndsey Littrell,” She continued, with a smile across her face.

“Neither can I!” Brian exclaimed, grabbing her and tickling her until she was on the bed laughing.

“I’m so happy,” She said.

“With you I’m always happy,” Brian replied.

“I don’t know what I’d do without you,” Lyndsey confessed.

“I love you,” Brian whispered.

“I love you too,” She whispered back.

Chapter 5 (2 days later)

“Wake up, sweetie,” Brian whispered into Lyndsey’s ear that morning.

“Hi,” She said, smiling while looking into Brian’s deep blue eyes.

“Today’s the day. Being Nick’s best friend he wants me to be there when he proposes, and you being Jill’s best friend should be right there too!” Brian explained, pulling Lyndsey up out of bed.

After Lyndsey changed they got in the car and headed to the movies where Nick had bumped into Jill for this first time, where they first met.

“Hey guys,” Jill and Nick said, greeting them.

During the movies Lyndsey kept smiling and her leg kept shaking.

“Does she know? Did you tell her?” Nick asked Brian.

Brian lowered his head, “I’m so sorry man. I had to. She knew something was up.”

“It’s ok. Jill’s going to find out after the movie,” He replied.

“You have to go to the bathroom or something?” Jill asked Lyndsey.

“No, I uh…just have a shaky leg during movies, don’t ask, I don’t know why,” Lyndsey lied.

“Oh, ok?” Jill giggled.

When the movie ended Nick took deep breaths. When they got in the hall Nick said, “Jill wait!”

“Yeah, hun?” She asked, and a few people were watching.

“I have to tell you something, er, ask you something,” He said, “Jill I love you from the bottom of my heart. There’s only 1 thing I want,” He continued, getting down on one knee.

By now everyone was watching, and Lyndsey was holding Brian’s hand, smiling, jumping up and down.

“Will you do the honour of becoming Mrs. Jill Carter?” Nick asked.

Jill jumped up and threw her arms around Nick, starting to cry, screaming out, “Yes!”

Everyone clapped as Jill and Nick shared a kiss.

Lyndsey hugged Jill and said, “Congratulations!”

“Now I know why your leg was so shaky!” Jill laughed.

“Actually there’s more good news,” Lyndsey announced.

Jill and Nick looked confused.

“Brian and I set a date. We’re going to be married 2 months today on the first day of summer!” Lyndsey stated.

This time Jill hugged Lyndsey and said, “I’m so happy for you!”

Nick hugged Brian and said, “Way to go man!”

“Two weddings!” Jill gushed, “Now we need to set a date!”

“Any day. You choose,” Nick said.

“We don’t want the wedding’s too close together. How about August 5th? Time to prepare and 5’s just a lucky number!” Jill decided.

“Sure,” Nick said, giving Jill a kiss.

“You’ll be Mrs. Carter and I’ll be Mrs. Littrell! This is like a fantasy!” Lyndsey exclaimed, smiling.

Chapter 6 (One month later)

“How about this one?” Lyndsey asked Jill pointing to a wedding dress in a catalogue.

“It’s nice, but I think it’s too plain,” Jill said, honestly, “Oh my gosh! I found the perfect dress for me!” Jill continued, showing Lyndsey a picture of a long white dress, with sequens on the bottom of the dress and around the collar with a train that wasn’t too long. The head piece had sequens and lace.

“That’s gorgeous! That’ll be perfect for you!” Lyndsey answered, giving her imput.

Lyndsey flipped the page and a smile spread across her face.

“I found it,” She said, showing Jill a long beautiful white wedding dress, with a few sequens, lots of lace, a long train and a head piece with lots of lace.

“It’s beautiful! We both found perfect dress!” Jill exclaimed, “Lets go find the lady to get our dresses from the back”

“Hey girls,” Nick said as he and Brian walked into the bridal gown shop.

“Ready to go?” Brian asked.

“Sorry, hun, not yet. We have to get the dresses and have them measured for us, then we have to pick up shoes,” Lyndsey explained.

“Ok, well Nick and I are going down to the sports shop. See ya later,” Brian said, giving Lyndsey a kiss.

Nick kissed Jill and said goodbye. Jill and Lyndsey followed the store lady into the back to try on the dresses. When they both got in their dresses they walked out of the dressing rooms.

“You look great!” Jill and Lyndsey said, simultaneously.

“I can’t wait to be married!” Lyndsey exclaimed.

“Only 1 month for you. Nick and I have 2 and a half to wait, but it’ll be worth it!” Jill replied, smiling.

When they were finished and changed and had their dresses all packed up and put them in the car and bought shoes, they went to see Nick and Brian.

“Hey guys, we’re all done!” Jill said.

“Ok, so are we,” Brian said.

“But you can’t see the dresses until the weddings,” Jill replied.

“Awe, I can’t wait,” Nick answered.

“You’re going to make beautiful brides,” Brian gushed, turning to Lyndsey, kissing her on the forehead.

Chapter 7

“Hey how’s your ankle,” Jill said, when she arrived at the beach, to meet Howie and Danielle there.

“Much better. I’m fine now. I heard your big news! Congratulations!” Howie replied.

“Thanks, we’re excited. First Lyndsey and Brian’s wedding then ours!” Jill exclaimed.

“Oh, they set a date?” Howie asked.

“June 21st,” Brian said, walked up with Lyndsey.

“I didn’t know you were coming!” Nick said

“We were bored so we decided to come here,” Brian explained.

“Congrats man,” Howie said, giving Brian a hug.

“What’s the big news?” Kevin asked, walking up with Alaina, Aj and Melissa.

“Hey what’s up? Lyndsey and I set a date. We’re getting married on June 21st,” Brian said.

“And Jill and I on August 5th,” Nick stepped in.

They congratulated them and shared hugs. When they were sitting down Lyndsey pulled Jill aside.

“Jill, I was wondering, would you be my maid of honour?” Lyndsey asked.

Jill smiled, “Of course! As long as you’ll be the maid of honour in our wedding!” Jill said.

“Of course!” Lyndsey said, as she and Jill jumped up and down.

They went back to the others and Lyndsey whispered something in Brian’s ear and he nodded and said, “Oh yeah!” and got up and went over to Nick.

“Hey man, with all this wedding stuff I forgot to ask. Will you be my best man?” He asked Nick.

“Only if you’ll be my best man,” Nick replied, smiling, then gave Brian a hug.

“I’m so excited,” Nick said.

“I don’t know if I can wait,” Brian replied.

“Me neither,” Nick agreed.

“You know what? This is going to be the best thing that’s ever happened to us!” Brian said, and Nick nodded in agreement.

Chapter 8 (One month later)

“Everyone take your place!” The minister announced.

Brian and Nick stood and the front of the aisle awaiting Lyndsey’s entrance.

“Good luck man!” Nick whispered.

“Hey, this will be you soon,” He answered, looking into the first pew at the other BSB’s and smiled and gave them a thumbs up.

The piano player started and Jill came down the aisle in a beautiful pale blue silk dress flowing down to her feet, and she had white flowers in her hair. Nick smiled at her when she took her place across from Brian.

Melissa, Danielle and Alaina, as bridesmaids, followed. They each wore a dress similar to Jill’s except it was a pale purple dress with a rose attached to the shoulders of each dress.

The music changed and Lyndsey walked through the doors. She and Brian smiled at each other.

When the wedding started the minister started, “Do you, Brian, take Lyndsey to be your lawfully wedded wife, through sickness and in health as long as you both shall live?”

“I do, with all my heart,” Brian answered.

“Do you, Lyndsey, take Brian to be your lawfully wedded husband, through sickness and in health, as long as you both shall live?”

“I do, forever until eternity,” Lyndsey answered.

Brian then placed a ring on Lyndsey’s ring and said the traditional, “With this ring I thee wed.”

Lyndsey placed a ring on Brian’s finger and repeated, “With this ring, I thee wed.”

The minister then announced, “I know pronounce you husband and wife! You may kiss the bride!”

Brian and Lyndsey kissed and everyone cheered and clapped and whistled, as they walked out of the church.

Everyone stayed for wine and cake and after Brian explained that they had to leave for their honeymoon.

As they were leaving and saying goodbye, Lyndsey asked, “Where are we going?”

“We’re off to the Cancun!” Brian exclaimed pulling Lyndsey out into a limo that drove them off to the airport.

Chapter 9 (2 weeks later)

Everyone met at the beach to see Lyndsey and Brian after their honeymoon.

“Hey!” Lyndsey and Brian greeted then, and gave everyone a hug.

“Guess what? Aj and I are engaged. We’re going to wait a while, but we’re engaged,” Melissa explained.

“And the big coincidence is I proposed to Alaina the same night Aj did to Melissa,” Kevin announced.

“I’m so happy for you!” Lyndsey said.

“Congratulations!” Brian said.

“Well guys. This must be an even bigger coincidence because I have to ask Danielle something. Danielle? Will you marry me?” Howie asked putting a beautiful diamond on her finger.

“Yes!” Danielle exclaimed, excitedly.

“3 engagements, a wedding and a marriage,” Melissa said.

“Sounds like a movie title!” Aj kidded.

“We’re all with the ones we love,” Alaina sighed happily.

Around lunch the guys we all standing and talking.

They turned around and looked at the girls with silly grins on their faces.

“What?” Jill asked.

Each of them picked their girl over their shoulders up and started running towards the water.

“Ah! Put me down!” Lyndsey screamed, laughing.

The guys tipped them over and dunked them under water.

“This means war!” Jill exclaimed, jumping on Nick’s head dunking him under now.

They had a huge water fight. Lyndsey grabbed a beach ball and hit it at Brian’s head, but he ducked and it hit Aj.

Aj jumped and dunked Lyndsey under the water and she came up laughing.

Afterwards they all went to lay in the sun and to take a break.

“I can’t wait until I marry you,” Jill said.

“Not much longer,” Nick said, giving her a hug, “then we’ll be Mr. and Mrs. Nick Carter.”

Chapter 10 (About 4 weeks later)

“Well this is it,” Jill said, in the back room of the church.

“An hour from now, you’ll be married,” Lyndsey replied.

“Then me and Nick can start a family,” Jill said.

“Speaking of which, I have a secret,” Lyndsey said.

“What?” Jill asked excitedly.

“In 8 months, I’ll be a mother!” Lyndsey confessed.

Jill gave her a hug and said, “I’m so happy for you!”

“I still have to tell Brian,” Lyndsey said.

“Tell me what?” He said, coming in the room, “Jill you look great!”

“Thanks,” She said.

“Tell me what?” Brian asked.

“Brian in about 8 months, you’re gonna be a daddy!” Lyndsey said, smiling.

Brian picked her up and exclaimed, “Yes! I’m so happy! I love you!”

Brian went out and told the great news to everyone. Lyndsey came out smiling, and said, “Ok, Jill’s ready.”

When Jill walked down the aisle, Nick mouthed the words ‘I love you’. Jill smiled and stood beside him.

“Do you take Nick to be your loyal husband, to love you for eternity?” The priest asked Jill.

“Yes, I do, forever!” Jill answered.

“Do you take Jill to be your loyal wife, to love you for eternity?” The priest asked Nick.

“I do, for all the days of our lives,” Nick said. After they exchanged rings the priest said, “You are now husband and wife!”

Nick kissed Jill and everyone cheered. They said goodbye to everyone right away, and left for their honeymoon.

“Well, Jill and I will be in Jamaica, see ya in 2 weeks!” Nick exclaimed.

(2 weeks later)

As the phone rang Lyndsey picked it up.

“Hello?” She said.

“Hey Lynds, it’s me Jill, we’re back!”

“Hey! How was Jamaica?” Lyndsey asked.

“It was great! It was so romantic. That’s partly why I’m calling,” She started to say.

“What do you mean?” Lyndsey asked.

“Looks like you won’t be the only mother!” She said.

“Oh my gosh!” Lyndsey exclaimed.

“2 weeks along! Nick and I are so happy!” Jill replied, happily.

“That’s great!” Lyndsey said.

“Our lives are perfect,” Jill answered.

Chapter 11 (8 months later)

(Melissa and Aj had married and Howie and Danielle are planning to have a double wedding with Alaina and Kevin.)

“Hey we got here as fast as we could,” Kevin said, coming up to everyone in the hospital after hearing Lyndsey was having the baby.

“Lyndsey was overdue, but you won’t believe this! Jill is about to have the baby early. They’re having the babies together on the same day!” Aj exclaimed.

“Nick and Brian are in there with then,” Howie explained.

Everyone sat and waited until the doors flew open and Nick came out excited and yelling out, “Yes! I have a baby boy!” He announced. Everyone congratulated him.

An hour later Brian calmly walked out of the room.

“What’s going on?” Aj asked.

Brian looked up and smiled and jumped up and put his arms up and yelled, “I’ve got a baby girl!”

He hugged everyone and went back to Lyndsey.

Later on everyone came to visit Jill and Lyndsey, since they were in the same room.

“I can’t believe you had your baby first, it really is a small world,” Lyndsey sighed, as everyone came in.

They were each holding their babies.

“Have you thought of any names yet?” Kevin asked.

“Well Brian and I were talking and be decided to name her Christina Jacklyn Littrell. We just like the name Christina and we took Jacklyn after Jackie, Brian’s mom,” Lyndsey explained.

“That’s a beautiful name,” Melissa complimented.

“What did you name your baby?” Danielle asked.

“Nick and I decided on Christopher Robert Carter. Of course the Robert came from Nick’s father,” Jill explained.

“Oh, that’s so cute,” Alaina said.

“This is perfect,” Brian said, “We’re with the girls we love and now with the children we love. We’re starting families, and it’s the best thing that has ever happened to us.”
