Country Casserole1 lb. smoked sausage
1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen cauliflower
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
4 oz. grated swiss or cheddar cheese
Cut sausage into 2 inch chunks. Arrange in shallow casserole along with cauliflower and tomatoes. Sprinkle with seasonings. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts
