Green Enchilada CasseroleIn a very large bowl combine:
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
I lb hamburger meat (browned with onion)
1 cup sourcream
I large can geen chilies
1 1/2 cups shredded longhorn cheese
1 med pakage of frozen(but thawed, and heated in skillet) corn tortillas
salt peper to taste
Spray each tortilla with pam & heat in skillet Tear the tortillas into bite size or larger pieces cook hamburger with onion till brown
Combine all ingrediants
Pour into large baking dish. Bake till bubbling. Serve with salsa, chips & lettuce tomatoe salad
