Onion Baked Pork Chops

1 envelope lipton recipe secrets golden onion mix
1/3 c. seasoned or plain bread crumbs
4 pork chops
1 egg , well beaten

1. preheat oven to 400º in small bowl , combine soup mix and bread crumbs. dip chops in egg, then in bread crumb mixture, until evenly coated.

2. in lightly greased 13x9 inch baking or roasting pan, arrange chops.

3. bake uncovered 20 or until done, turning once.
tip: can use lipton savory herb with garlic or fiesta herb with red pepper soup mix
