Polish Reuben Casserole2 cans condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp. mustard
2 (16 oz. each) cans sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 (8 oz.) uncooked medium egg noodles
1 1/2 lb. Polish sausage, cut into 1/2" pieces
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 cups bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine soup, milk, onion and mustard in bowl; blend well. Spread sauerkraut in greased 13" x 9" pan. Top with uncooked noodles. Spoon soup mixture evenly on top. Top with sausage, then put cheese on top. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle on top. Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for one hour.
Serves 8-10.
