Mocha Parfait

1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup double strength coffee (sweetened with 4 tablespoons of sugar while hot) allow to cool before using
1 cup whipped heavy whipping cream

In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and the coffee with mixer on high. Whip for three to five minutes. Then, by hand, fold in the whipped whipping cream. Make sure the mixture is evenly distributed. Spoon the mixture in 6 to 8 serving dishes, or a small buttered pie pan, then freeze for 3 hours or until firm. Garnish before serving with a chocolate covered coffee bean and chocolate syrup if desired. You know, when the weather is hot, this is really good in the morning.
