2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 small boxes instant Vanilla pudding (or any other flavor you choose)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 large eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup milk
OPTIONAL: 1/2 cup raisins, bananas, or chocolate chips.
IN A SEPARATE BOWL, mix 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 3 tablespoons sugar. GREASE 2 bread pans real good, but do NOT flour them. Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar mixture in bottom of pans.
BAKE @ 325 45 minutes to 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
