Crabmeat Casserole3 1/2 cups lump crabmeat
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped up
1 cup light cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. minced onion
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 cup buttered bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 8 ingredients, stirring well. Place mixture in a buttered, shallow baking dish. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes.
