Brownie Custard

1-1/2 cups sugar
3 Tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
3 cups milk
1/2 stick butter

Heat oven to 350°, melt butter in an 8 or 9 inch square pan (glass works best).

In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cocoa.

In a larger bowl, beat eggs well, add vanilla and cocoa mixture, mix well. Add milk and mix.

Pour into prepared pan and bake for app 30 min or until custard wobbles like jell-o when pan is shaken.
