Island Chicken Casserole

1 chicken, about 2 lbs.
1 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
1 (16 oz.) bottle of Thousand Island Dressing
1 large can of sauerkraut, well drained
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Boil chicken for 45 minutes. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Using butter or margarine lightly grease the bottom and sides of a 9" x 12" baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover the bottom of pan with a thin layer of dressing. Evenly distribute chicken over the bottom of your pan. Lightly salt and pepper to taste. Lightly cover chicken with more dressing. Completely cover this mixture with slices of swiss cheese. Drain all liquid off sauerkraut. In a bowl, mix sauerkraut with remaining dressing. Spoon sauerkraut mixture over Swiss cheese. Top with salt, pepper and paprika. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes until the top is brown and crispy.
