Sweet N Spicy Grilled Chicken

1 small can frozen apple juice
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp. white vinegar
A few shakes of Tabasco sauce
1 medium chicken, quartered
Olive oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, taste

Combine juice, sugar, ketchup, vinegar and Tabasco sauce in a small pot. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar is completely dissolved. Rinse chicken in cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Brush chicken with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill chicken, basting with sauce frequently, until it is thoroughly cooked.
