Curried Broccoli Slaw

From: Better Homes and Gardens Soups & Stews Broccoli slaw includes the heart of the plant the crunchy stem along with shredded carrot and red cabbage.

1/3 cup bottled coleslaw salad dressing
1/3 cup plain yogurt or dairy sour cream
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. curry powder
1 16 oz. pkg. broccoli slaw mix
1/4 cup broken pecans, toasted

For dressing, in a small mixing bowl stir together salad dressing, yogurt or sour cream and curry powder. Pour over broccoli slaw in a large bowl. Toss lightly to coat. Mixture may seem dry at first, but will moisten while standng. Cover and chill for 1 to 6 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle with toasted pecans. Makes 6 to 8 side dish servings.
