Parmesan Tomatoes

2 large tomatoes
3 tbsp dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp grated parm. cheese
2 tbsp butter,melted
1/2 tsp dried basil or 1 tbsp fresh basil
1/2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
dash of pepper

Remove stems from the tomatoes and halve crosswise.Place, cut side up, in a small baking dish. Combine all remaining ingredients; sprinkle over tomato tops. Bake at 375 for 15 mins or until heated through.

Yield:4 servings.
