This short movie that comes with 'Lord of the Unknown Tower' is supposedly about Pikachu's birthday. It is celebrated in the big city which is new to Pikachu. Not much information at all has been released about this movie. It is due out in Japan this summer and we most likely won't see it in the US until late 2001 considering Revelations Lugia hasn't even been released in the US yet.
