Love For the Rest of Our Lives

I look into your eyes as you hold my hands...I can't help but see the man

I've fallen so hard for behind your tender eyes.
I run My fingers threw the silvery white hair that now encircles your face,

and down across the lines in your face that time has put there.
To the world You are just another old man who has grown tired and old,

but when I look at you, I still see the vibrant man that I fell in love with.
I slowly undo the buttons on your shirt, and pull it down,

and pull out one arm at a time as I slowly let it hit the floor.
Your looking down at me with those Eyes now as the moment rushes over you,

and you pull your tee shirt off over your head.
I slowly run my fingers across the silver course hair on your chest.

I bury my face in your chest,

and run my hands down to the small in your back as you wrap me oh so tightly in your arms.
You kiss me on the top of my head, as you run your hand over my left cheek of my face.

I respond by holding your hand close to my face, as I kiss your palm.
And as my head tilts to the side, you nuzzle my neck with your nose,

and kiss me on the neck with your warm sweet lips.
Your warm hot breath is sending chills up my spine. I am loving every moment as I'm thanking God for this wonderful man that he has sent my way.
You slowly start to dance with me as the music plays on the radio.

With my face still buried in your chest,

I feel complete, as one with you. As if I could just climb inside of you and disappear.
I feel your arms around me, your hands tenderly caressing me, as you hold me so tight.

We slowly sit down together, your lips on mine.
And at this moment, filled with love and passion,

I feel as if I could stay here wrapped tenderly in your arms

night and day for the rest of my life.
