The Same Soul

I never thought I'd ever meet someone like you.

That does, feels and thinks like I do.

Someone who looks at things the same,

Someone who loves as deep, understands everything I say, someone sentimental without the games.

Your compassion in those deep brown eyes I see,

The same compassion that lives inside the heart and soul of me.

I once thought about being a nun,

Thought about it, but didn't for a long time when I was young.

I found that God had a different calling for me in a different place.

As I now enjoy being a wife, and having the task of motherhood that I face.
