He Will Have To Wait His Turn

I was never one to believe that the grass was greener on the other side,
But it doesn't hurt to look as long as you don't touch,
because this woman still has her pride.

I do love the man that God gave to me already.
And for him, my heart will always beat nice and steady.

However, once in a while I feel that little twinge in my heart.
You know, the one where you have become a part.

You can't really and truly have me though as long as my man draws breath,
because he's the one who has the biggest part of the
steady beating of my heart until his death.

So if and when I'm ever with another man for which makes
 my heart skip a beat,
or my loins burn,

Well, all I can say is that he'll just have to wait his turn.
