Wangdum joins forces with a ditzy French cryptologist, Puffie Nupoo, and learns the late intern was involved in a secret sex scandal —part of many scandals that dates back to Abraham Lincoln. The White House intern has sacrificed her life to protect the government's most sacred secret: that even Presidents can be horn dogs that need oral satisfaction in the oval office.

In a breathless race through Washington, New York, and beyond, Wangdum and Nupoo match wits with a faceless politician who will stop at nothing to protect the reputation of the former presidents. Unless Wangdum and Nupoo can decipher this boring puzzle in time, the truth will be lost forever. Like anyone really cares.
