Chocolate Coconut Bars



~INGREDIENTS~

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter or margarine melted
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups flaked coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1 plain chocolate bar (7 oz.)
2 tablespoons peanut butter

(set oven at 350 degrees)



Combine the crumbs, butter and sugar. Press into a greased 13X9X2 in. baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine coconut, milk and pecans; spread over the crust. Bake for 15 minutes; cool completely. In a small saucepan, melt candybar and peanut butter over low heat; spread over bars. Cool until set. Makes about 3 dozen.
