A Vuddy Icon is a buddy icon that is a .wav file (SOUND).

This is How?

(1. Open "WordPad"

(2. Open a ".wav" file (Under 7k in size) With WordPad.

(3. Save As "Sound.ico"

Just as you would use a buddy icon you use the new "Sound.ico" file.
