Mae's Campaign is to get JL selected in the Australian one day team
If you agree with me that JL should be in the Australian one day team, and not just the Test team as is happening currently, then please help my campaign to get him selected into the squad:
I figure that the more people out there talking about JL and whether he should be in the squad (or not :), the better his chances of getting selected. OK so this is a rather long shot and perhaps just plain silly, but it's better than doing nothing, right?
I think that the form that JL is showing this summer justifies a place in the team. Ok, so he doesn't score as fast as an Adam Gilchrist, but if he opened he woud provide a steady background for the innings. He's so good at getting all the singles available that he would be a perfect accumulator of runs throughout the innings.
