LADYBUG INFO.

CH ‘PR’ KOSNIK’S BLACK LETHAL LADYBUG

The newest addition to my kennel, this pup comes from excellent breeding. She is out of the Spring Hill Kennel in Pennsylvania, which is owned by Avis Brech and Bev Schlaich. Her sire is GR CH ‘PR’ SPRING HILL LASER, son of GR CH ‘PR’ DACH LAIR’S PRIDE OF VA AND GR CH ‘PR’ DACH LAIR’S TIMBER TEE. You can’t do any better than that for TOP show quality! And this pup also has a superb hunting background coming from her dam, ‘PR’SPRING HILL LETHAL HEIRESS, daughter of NITE CH GR CH ‘PR’ CARTER’S LETHAL WEAPON. She also has those two well-known black dogs, GR NITE CH GR CH ‘PR’ CHARLIE’S PRIDE AND NITE CH GR CH ‘PR’ ABRAMS’ MIDNIGHT RANGER in her background. She’s got a pedigree that just won’t quit!

Coonhunting since 8 months of age, Ladybug has great potential in the woods. She is tracking and treeing right along with the experienced hounds. She is turning into a hard treeing hound with one of the biggest, deepest bawl mouths you’ll ever hear. She’s one of those tree-hugging, stay put coondogs. Ladybug will only improve as she matures and gains more confidence and time out in the woods. Only a little over a year old, she has plenty of time to turn into one great coonhound.

At not even 14 months of age, Ladybug is already a Show Champion. After only 4 shows, Ladybug had 4 Best of Breeds and 2 Best of Shows, to give her more than enough points for a Champion title. And what made her last show special is the fact that it was an RQE and when she took breed, she made Champion. But, when she was brought back for Best of Show Female, she took that, too! So, at less than 14 months, my Ladybug, that young aggressive coonhound, qualified for the World Coonhound Bench Show!

It’s not gonna be long before she’s a Grand Champion.

I’m looking forward to spending time with her in the woods and watching her steadily improve. She’s got a great disposition and is enjoyable to handle. She’ll be putting up her share of coon in the years to come!
