Your submission will not be checked for copyright, and will not be copyrighted by me. By sending this to me you agree that this is your original work, and that if any copyright is owned, you are the sole owner, and that if you own a copyright on the material you state that I am free to post it. If it is found that you have sent another's copyrighted material, the poem(s) will be removed and poems submitted by you will not be accepted.
