Welcome to my page. I thought I would share a little about myself.

I live in the most beautiful state I have ever seen. Montana. I am sure there are many Angels here, they could not escape the beauty of this great state.

I have a wonderful son, Lenny. He has been the one constant JOY in my life. He is a man now, but will always be my special Angel. I have 2 wonderful, loving sisters in the midwest and would love to convert them to Montana, I have faith I will get at least one here! I have too many animals (if there is such a thing). Two dogs, 7 cats (1 is named Angel, go figure) and a cockatoo.

I have been blessed with too many friends to mention, but the ones that always are there for me in good times and bad live in Arizona, Texas and Illinois. You know who you are! My ex-husbands' family here in Montana are still my family and friends. You can't choose your family, but you can you friends. We chose to keep each other. I have good friends here in Montana also, but none can ever replace the ones who have known me over the years, they know and accept my faults! That is the test of true friendship!

I came to believe in Angels when my mother passed away from breast cancer. She had been ill for some time and I brought her home to Arizona (where I was living at the time) from Chicago. She lapsed into a coma and was that way for 2 long weeks. The Angel from Hospice told me that day it would be a few more days before Mom was gone. For some reason I decided to read next to her bed that night. I was kept company by my 2 dogs, Coty & Baby and one kitten, Little Bear. My female dog, Baby adored my mother and Little Bear who never left her side. Even while Mom was under heavy sedation, she still would play with Little Bear. I believe this little kitten was a real comfort to her. At 3:07 on August 19, 1993, Baby started to whimper at the skylight above Mom's bed. (I figured there was a squirrel on the roof.) Then Little Bear started digging at Mom's covers. For some reason I looked at the clock, got up and went to Mom's side, told her I loved her and would miss her. I knew she had left us. I finally went to sleep after they came for Mom. I kept hearing her bell ring she used to call me with when she needed me. It woke me, it was so vivid. I ran into Mom's room, and remembered she was gone. I called my sister in Chicago, she too had a bell when Mom was with her. She said she kept hearing it ring. When my sister contacted her best friend, she said she had heard a small bell ringing all day. I thought this strange we would all hear a bell ringing and figured it was just stress. When I talked to my friend Nancy, she said, "Every time an Angel gets it's wings, a bell rings." (She had seen 'It's A Wonderful Life' too.) I had not seen the movie and rented it right away. After a box of kleenex I thought, "Well, it fits. If ever there was going to be an Angel, I am positive it would be my Mom.

All Mothers are special, some are Angels on Earth. My Mother was one that never turned anyone down in their time of need, and always made you laugh when you thought it was the end of the world. She had such a contagious laugh, you could not help laughing right along with her.

I dedicate this Website to her: Loretta June Peck (maiden name) June 29, 1919-August 19, 1993. The day she became an Angel.

Cherish your loved ones, for some day they may become your guardian Angels like my mom did.

(A little more info-Little Bear disappeared the next day, we looked everywhere for her, no one in the neighborhodd had seen her, it was like she belonged with Mom, she never let anyone else near her except my mother.)
