Joey and Phoebe...they are SO meant to be! Okay--so there hasn't been an episode where they go out or anything but there certainly should be!!

Here's a few reasons why:

1.Phoebe obviously likes him....she does that cute giggle when he does his "flirt" act!

2.Phoebe isn't what you would call the brightest crayon in the box...

3. Joey isn't what you'd call the sharpest pencil in the box...

4.They are the ONLY 2 left without a b/f or g/f with one of the others

5.they are SO meant to be!
