Give this a try...
Double click on My Computer then Dial-Up
Networking.
Once there, click one time with the right mouse
button on your server icon. Click File then Properties,
Select Configure. On the Connection Tab click
Port Settings.
Set both the receive and transmit buffers
to low. This should help.
