In his two Championship winning seasons, ’96 & ’98 Craig has won 11 of 20 rounds, taken 6 pole positions and had 30 race wins from the 59 races which comprised the 20 rounds. With 7 second placings and 5 thirds, Lowndes has been on the "podium" 42 times from 59 races!
Craig was born on the 21st June, 1974 in Melbourne, Victoria. He weighs 74kg, & is 180cm in height. When he is not dominating the field in the car he likes to do some water sports & motorbike riding.
