The WebTV/MSNTV Network URLs designated as 'hidden', are NOT shown or displayed.

WebTV/MSNTV utilizes a recents history list of up to 33 site or page URLs.

WebTV/MSNTV network pages exist behind a firewall and do not have a WebTV viewable/usable Internet address/URL. These hidden URLs will be indicated as "Hidden" in most recent listings. Due to some past malicious use of the WebTV URLs, WebTV decided to hide the URLs and to make them mostly unusable.

Each time you revisit a site/page, the URL will be repeated in the recent's list. But....... if you ever use your 'back' key on a site or page, the URL will NOT be put into the list. This omission to the list is due to your erasing the URL from your recent's cache when you use the 'back' key. (that is why a good many repeats of the 'back key', may help surfing go more smoothly as does a recent's clear tool).

The tip then, is to always 'go forward' from a site if you want to keep the site or page in your recents or in your recents list. Exiting a site or page by going 'back' will remove that site's visit from your recents.

Yet another tip, is to always let a page or site fully load so that the URL is loaded into your recents and recent's history list. If you move from a page or site before it fully loads, (even moving 'forward'), the site may not load into the recents........ A site URL is gathered/read, by the site HTML code fully loading......
