In the Name of God I RICHARD HITCHMAN of Enstone, Shopkeeper, make this my last Will and Testament. FIRST unto my beloved wife ANNE the sum f £120 as long as she remains my widow and carrying on my business which he now carries on the said sum of £ 120 of which I have given a BOND to WILLIAM CLARKE of Charlbury in the County of Oxford Mason?? I Give & Bequeath to my son JAMES HITCHMAN my silver Tankard immediately after my decease and unto my son JOHN HITCHMAN I Give and Bequeath the Bedd where upon I usually lie with Bedstead Curtains & Valones [Valances] Sheets, Blankets and all thing belonging to the same immedieately after the decease of my said wife ANNE or marriage which sall first happen To my Grandchildren, children of my daughter ELIZABETH TREADWELL one sixth part of all such ready usuary as I shall leave at my decease (over and above the £ 120 hereinafter [herebefore?] given to my said wife ANNE) unto my sons JAMES, JOHN, RICHARD & NEAT & my daughter ANNE BLACKWELL to be equally divided between them. I Give and Bequeath unto NEAT HITCHMAN immediately after the decease of ANNE goods and Household furniture.
