I enjoyed reading about the astrocartography you did for Bill and I in the astrocartography section of your site.

Reading about the influences related to where we currently live, Bill said it was amazing to see so much of his frustration with living in this area ( and living in general - from my observation ) detailed so succinctly and precisely in words in your report. He has been pursuing psychological wholeness for several years with a therapist. His astrocartography was illuminating to him in ways that his therapy has never been because he now has the appropriate perspective on many of his problems. That is, he now sees that a lot of his problems were related to the influences present where he lives and not as some internal psychological flaw that he could never seem to unravel.

I can say the same thing about my report as Bill did about his, though the challenges of living in this area for me have been less psychological in nature and oriented more physically and toward a struggle with the local institutional "power elite". Interestingly, I have a twin with the same astrology as me (born 7 minutes after me) who shares the burden of this same struggle. Our experiences living here have been extraordinarily parallel. I could never find anything in our natal or progressed astrology that could explain the similarities happening to us as well as the astrocartography has.

I just read Mandala cover to cover (again), no small task for a rather flighty Aries like I AM. Deep. Lofty. Good quotes - although I have had some trouble with Gregg Braden's new-agey "making peace with the dark side" and untra-unconditional love impulses in the past. I was also impressed by the consideration of the "I-watch"- to contemplate our personal tendencies to let subjectivity cloud our objectivity - question. Too many people are running blindly after what they personally believe; the Teachings call it falling for "the conspiracy of the self." A lot of people are trying a lot of paths, even within the same movement. I AM glad you cast a good light on the road not easily seen.
