DECREES AND CALLS
We should give decrees and calls on the astrology of August 11, 1999, the prophecies of cataclysm, the threat posed by HAARP, the protection of the present Earth grid and the establishment of a new grid. If nothing happens on or around August 11, 1999, we should not slacken in our calls. It may be that the seed will be planted in the core of the Earth then and the birth of a new Earth will occur nine months later on May 3rd, 2000 when nine planets will be aligned with another solar eclipse. The effects of the August eclipse last until the May eclipse. CALLS ON THE EARTH GRID
1. We call for the binding of all destructive manipulation of the Earth grid by reembodied Atlantean scientists and black magicians. Bind all plots of the Nephilim to preempt the establishment of a new Earth grid and the raising up of mankind into a higher vibration by damaging the present Earth grid through advanced technologies that misuse the light of the Mother.
2. We call to you, beloved Helios and Vesta, to neutralize the misuses of the light of the Mother on Earth, including the ancient records that caused the sinking of Lemuria and Atlantis. We call for the sealing of such records and their knowledge in an intense white fire until they can be transmuted by the violet flame.
3. We call to the God and Goddess Meru and Lord Himalaya to anchor now, in the mountain chains of the entire planet, the underground waters and the entire Earth grid system, the Light of world transmutation.
4. By the power of Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva, I call for the Mother flame within my heart to heal, strengthen and stabilize the Earth grid from all manipulations of the fallen ones and to prepare the Earth grid for the changes that are to come.
5. I call to the beloved Great Divine Director for the sealing of the mandala of the new Earth grid in my throat chakra. And I call for the all-consuming sacred fire from my own Holy Christ Self and I AM Presence, for the healing, line by line, of the Earth grid.
6. I call to the beloved Great Divine Director, the God and Goddess Meru, Lord Himalaya, beloved Vaivasvata Manu, beloved Hercules and Amazonia, beloved Arcturus and Victoria, legions of angels from the Great Central Sun, elemental life: fire, air, water and earth, and the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood to lower into manifestation the new etheric Earth grid matrix as the New Jerusalem, lowered for the community of the Holy Spirit, forged and won by the called out ones.
