Choc Cake
1 Cup flour sifted
2 tsp baking powder
3 Tbsp cocoa
1 cup sugar
3 oz butter melted
1/2 cup cold milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Method
Place all ingredients
into a bowl and beat well.
Mixture will be
runny
Place the mixture
into a lightly greased ring tin or 8" round tin.
Line bottom for
best results
Bake at 180C or
350F for 45 mins
