Mistara Holaran
Name: Mistara Holaran
Race: Silvaran
Description:
She stands at a height of 5'7" and is thin. She has long white hair that extends down past the middle of her back and it seems to shimmer with a light of it's own. She has soft purple eyes and silver skin that also seems to shimmer. Large white feathery wings rest either on her back or around her as a cloak. Unbeknownst to most, the feathers can turn razor sharp when she is endangered, and she gives out a feather as a sign of friendship and loyalty. When she speaks, her voice is always a song. While she does speak, her song carries the emotions she is feeling to any in hearing distance. Her voice is her defense, and also her power. She has a childlike innocence and seems to know nothing of war and violence. She wears a figure hugging, off the shoulder, maroon velvet dress that seems to make it impossible to walk.
History:
She is a Silvaran, a race of angel-like beings that live in a city in the clouds. Their voices were almost always joyous until the "vampires" showed up. Many think of these vampires as dark angels instead of true vampires. While they still bite from the neck to feed, the Silvaran's have no blood in which to feed them. Instead the vampires steal the Silvaran's voices. Mistara was a member of a royal family, living with her mother, father, and older brother, Jacendo. When Mistara was still very young, her father mysteriously died and her mother married a vampire in hopes of making peace between the two species. Unfortunately, her mother's corruption was soon found out as her step father began to watch her closely. Mistara and her brother Jacendo were developing faster than any Silvaran that had ever been born, and with more power. Finally, the day came that Mistara's step father stole away her voice. In shame, Mistara locked herself away in the top room of a tower, only allowing Jacendo to visit her. Jacendo, in a desperate attempt to save his sister and keep his own voice, fell under his step father's control. Soon after a day passed where Jacendo visited Mistara, taking her out onto the roof. During the time they spent together, he apologized and told her how much he loved her. After that, he cut her wings from her shoulders and pushed her from the top of the tower.
