* He graduated valedictorian in H.S. and enjoyed an Academic Scholarship in college.
* He was an atheist on his second and third year. Ironically, he got 1.0s in his Theo subjects and once won 1st Place in a Theo Quiz Show.
* Wearing a habit has been his childhood dream.
* Prof. Rafael Dolor gave him a failing grade in Philosophy 6, just a few weeks after he was proclaimed as
* One of the Ten Outstanding Students of San Beda - CAS SY 1997-1998.
* His expose on a batch fund irregularity once hit the headline banner of The Bedan .
* He won a Sony Handycam in Frolics '98.
