This is the info section devoted to Neptune/Michiru's clothing. I will try to include pictures of every outfit that I can find. This is based mainly on the Anime, Some manga info/images will be located here.
Neptune's fuku(senshi outfit)has the basic white bodysuit, with a dark teal skirt and sailor collar, and Navy blue front and rear bows. Her gloves are white, and wrist-length instead of the normal elbow-length. As Sailor Neptune, she wears a teal choker with a really pretty oval stone in the middle. As Super Sailor Neptune, her choker has the standard gold star, and the back bow of her fuku is longer. Neptune's shoes are aqua heels with straps that lace up her ankles.

School Uniforms
In SailormoonS, Michiru is most often seen wearing a school uniform. The winter uniform, which she first is seen in, has a green and black plaid skirt with a maroon long-sleeved blouse with a collar. There is also a plaid bow on the front. The summer(spring?)uniform is much the same, but With a vest and short-sleeved white blouse. With both uniforms, she wears black shoes and a black headband.

Michiru seems to have a lot of bathing suits. She wears a different one in each episode where she is seen swimming, and sometimes she wears two in the same episode. In my opinion, the normally fashion-concious Michiru makes a few bad choices here. Oh, well. Look at the pictures, and draw you own conclusions.
