Cliff Rescue
On May 4th the cadet class will be going to Ashfield to learn what is needed to help an injured patient of
a cliff. The students will end up taking a patient from a ledge and strapping him into the stretcher and then climbing back
down the hill with the patient. All students will learn different ways to tie the rope and other needed information but they
will not all be climbing the hill.
The trip had some delay because of rain. The kids went to the cliff and had a lot of fun.
They all learned the stuff that is needed to help a person stuck on the side of a steep cliff.
